The director general of the Canary Island Employment Service, Genoa Alberto Galván, denied late Last year this legislature has been recruited in the service to someone with commercial contract, but the fact is that at least four outside consultants were hired, who have been paid 504,942.85 euros.

Genoa responded in writing to the socialist deputy Gloria Gutierrez SCE had not signed any contract commercial from 2007 until today. However, in your own web page of the Canary Islands, in the final award notices, contained the contract for services by negotiated procedure without advertising, with a technician who in 2008 was paid 57,271.52 euros, excluding IGIC, to perform tasks that support and advice in proceedings of the Third Comprehensive Employment Plan de Canarias.

This technician, Juan Andrés Hernández López, signed two more agreements with the Canarian Employment Service two years of 57,369.14 euros and 54,850 euros. In total, collected 169,490.66 euros. Its task was to career guidance, an activity that union officials said could have carried out technical service itself, without extra charges.

Also in 2008 and 2010, SCE hired as autonomous María del Mar Pérez González to carry out the same tasks as the prior art: work is advisory. The formula used was identical services contract by negotiated procedure without advertising. The service cost was 55,476.19 euros Perez in 2008 and 53,376 in 2010, without VAT.

Similarly, two technicians were hired to work that might have been assumed by workforce, as Virginia Manrique de Lara, who claimed € 60,000 in 2010 to monitor works in various branches of the Canarian Employment Service, and David Granados Guevara, also in 2010 signed a contract for a similar amount, 59,700 euros, for advice in these works, which have been minor.
